X-Labs, 

We had a small meeting today, but we still made progress on both organization and Y1. The most important thing that needs to be accomplished is the acquisition of a conference room for our Friday meetings. We cannot be organized without a place to meet and have formal meetings. Hopefully we will have a room before the next meeting. 

The X-Labs website is the second important thing that needs to be worked on. The website needs to be updated regularly and used by everyone to collaborate on projects. I am currently working on the website, but if you would like to help please let me know. I just changed the background of the site to all black so it should be easier to read. Hopefully I will be able to post meeting minutes and updates directly on the site. Please get in the habit of checking the website every couple days. 

Part of Y1 is going to be built tomorrow! We are meeting at the X-labs Trailer at noon tomorrow to work on the Weight release system for Y1. There will be a trip to Home Depot and a couple hours of assembly. Everyone is encouraged to come by and help whatever the time and even if you can only stay for a few minutes. Please bring any tools or supplies that you think may help. If we get it built then next Friday's meeting may be held at a USF pool for testing of the system!
